On Sunday 7 June, our first-ever Team King’s took part in an inspiring 10K along the Kent coast in support of this year’s Giving Day.
The team was made up of 22 intrepid runners from across the King’s community, including parents, staff, OKS and pupils, and led by our Head, Jude Lowson. Together, they took on the challenge of strong sea breezes, kilometres of sand and dramatic clifftops, raising both support and awareness for our transformational bursary fund,
The Charter Awards.
Thanks to the enthusiasm and commitment of everyone involved - and the generosity of those who sponsored them - the Team raised over £1,000 in donations and surpassed their £500 milestone, meaning they unlocked an additional £2,000 gift.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part - those who ran, donated, volunteered and cheered. Your support made this event a great success and a wonderful demonstration of what can be achieved when the King’s community comes together. We can't wait for next year!
